So, the twitching is easing up a bit I think. However, with ALS do you "feel" your muscle get weaker? Does it change in sensation? My right thigh, right above my knee, feels very weird, but it doesn't seem to be weaker than my left. I can just feel every contraction that it makes. And it doesn't want to release the contraction. It's not painful, just very strange, and it's been like that for over a month. Thanks for the help.
