Seeing other user profiles

Hi,

I'm new and maybe that's the only problem, but when I click to see a user profile I get a message that this is not an allowed action. Can someone please explain? I am logged in and have posted a few times.

I'm sure someone important will hop on and give you the real number but you just need more posts. I think 12 but I'm not sure.
