Scopolamine and Glycopyrrolate together

The HCP said we could try glycopyrrolate and scopolamine together but I think it has caused my PALS to have some confusion. There doesn't seem to be any infection or anything else wrong. Has anyone experienced confusion with either of these drugs?

Confusion is a known side effect of both. More common with scopalamine I think

I took the scopolamine patch off this morning and he seems to be doing better now as far as confusion. He is very alert and working on the computer. I am emotionally drained and slept all morning!
