Hi
It has been 2 years since start of fasciculations and other crazy symptoms. 3 clean EMG`s. Last EMG done a year ago. Still alot of fasciculations everywhere. Fatigue as usual. Not cramps, but precramp/stiffness in leg periodically. Clumbsy hands.
My new symptom is that I have weakness in left leg. Weakness in thigh. I can run alittle but it feels stiff and weak. No stumbling or falls yet. No dragging of foot.
Is it really possible to go from clean EMG to ALS in 2 years? Does it usually start in one leg?
Went to my GP today. No abnormalities in reflexes or other tests. I know left leg was weaker, he agreed, but no clinical weakness, he said. That leads me to a knew question: Is it possible to have clean reflexes and hofmanns etc, and still have ALS?
Thanks prehand
