Hello everyone! I'm now in my second year since diagnosis of limb-onset ALS. As of today, all four limbs are involved, but recently I've been experiencing fasiculations on the top of my head. At first I thought it was an insect and then thought a breeze within the house was causing the feeling. Wrong on both counts. Has anyone experienced these types of twitches? It seems to have commenced about the same type I started getting weakness in my neck muscles. The fasics are centered on the crown of my head and they come and go several times a day.
