salt/vitamin c protocol

have you heard of the vitamin c/salt protocol? ive read all about it & wonder if its something we should try. cant seem to hurt as they are both water soluble. access will flush out as long as you are drinking alot of water.

any thoughts or experience with this? i am going to keep my eyes & ears open.
