ROHO Seat cushion Question

how do these work on the wheelchair, do they go on the existing cushion or replace it? My current cushion is a bit wavy towards the back but on its own I think it will be much lower.. If that makes sense.

They replace it. There is a Velcro-type attachment -- you pull the old one off and put the new one on.The ROHO cushions come in multiple heights. Most PALS should have the 4" height.

Yes replaces old cushion.
Pump it up with person sitting on it when full of air reach hand under butt of person and let little air out at a time until there is a slight indent of your hand into Royo. To much air out you hit chair base not good to little riding to high.
Have to play around with it till comfort is reached.

I also have one for my back and it works good. Especially if you lean back a lot, the only problem is that it will not separate into different chambers like the seat can do.
