Riluzole what times do you

What times do you take Riluzole? Because of the fasting before and fasting after, I take it at 4:30 am and 4:30 pm, but i
Have trouble falling back asleep after the 4:30 am.

Riluzole usually is taken on an empty stomach 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal twice a day 12 hours apart. I take it at 9:00am and then do a feeding via feeding tube at 10:00am. In the evening I don't eat after 7:00pm and take my second dose at 9:00pm. This schedule might not work for everyone but it's worked for me.

5 and 5 approximately. But I was told if I couldn’t manage exactly 12 hours it was ok as long as it was at least 8. I tend to wake around 5 take it and fortunately can fall back to sleep. So,eti,es the second dose os a little early depending on when I want to eat. Someone here said they were told new research says food doesn’t matter. I was originally told it was only fat that affected it. so most fruit and vegetables were ok with it. I forgot to ask if there was new research my last visit

I take one mid-morning around 11, at least two hours after breakfast but at least one hour before lunch, and then the second one right before bedtime, which ideally is more than two hours after I’ve finished dinner

First one around 7:30am then breakfast an hour later. Second 2 hours after dinner , so around 8pm.

I take mine early morning after breakfast then at night before bed seems to be ok so far

I take around 9am and 9pm. It has to fit in around taking Radicava an hour later and then Relyvrio hour after that all on "empty" stomach in morning. Besides taking Relyvrio now twice a day. Plus I have several heart meds take after that. Once get into a routine, it's not too bad. Just a lot of scheduling not eating for a period of time. Days seem revolve around meds and not eating and when eat which frustrating but okay.
