I was diagnosed in March 2022 and am relatively slow progressing. However, I can no longer ride a regular bike as I am scared I will fall off and my muscles are too weak. So I am riding as many of the Great Rides of New Zealand as I can on my electric three-wheeler with pedals and raising awareness and funds for MND Association of New Zealand. This photo is from Tekapo in the South Island of New Zealand. We are sitting at 371 km since 6 Jan and loving the rides.

that's a fantastic setup!
I love what you are doing, thanks for sharing the photo, keep us updated on the ride please.

Great going! Terrific picture! Tell us about the rides anytime you have some time to share!

Thank you so much for sharing this picture. Truly spectacular scenery!

We've made it to over 500 km of riding in the South Island of New Zealand and although the main focus has been to have fun, we have raised NZ$11,000 (US$7,000). We have had a wonderful time. I started a blog www.nataliemnd.com to log my rides on this trip, there are more photos, videos and stories there. I will continue to blog my rides. Photos below include an inquisitive weka (flightless bird), kea (only alpine parrot in the world), and a dolphin we spotted from the shore while stopping for lunch near Kaikoura on the east coast of the south island.
