Please stop posting, you are not describing ALS.
I am sure you haven't read this properly, so please do so and return to your doctor with your concerns as they can examine you and help.

"so if you have any experience or know how to is this presentation."

Junior, no. No one is going to reply to this... or should.

Your diagnosis is not complicated... you're making it complicated.

You are not describing ALS. One more post and your Thread maybe
closed... I hope that's not what you've been wanting.

You've heard from very ALS knowledgeable members... there's
nothing more to add. Any more questions can only be answered
by your doctor.

No need to reply.

The idea that respiratory onset ALS is a complicated diagnosis and/or one that applies to you is a delusion. We are not here to encourage false beliefs in any way.

Your lungs were normal on testing. That would not be true in any disease that had caused respiratory impairment.
Your EMG did not suggest ALS.

Good luck to you. Please consider help for health anxiety if this is a fear you cannot get past. Closing this thread, and please do not open another.

Best,
Laurie
