Can you give us a bit of an idea of where your PALS (that means person with ALS) is at with eating - do you need ideas on soft diet, peg home blends?
The big thing with MND is keeping weight on - so high calorie is important.
If there are any particular dietary needs or leanings then this will impact on how extra calories might be added in, particularly when it is difficult to eat a lot.
