Hello. My names Christian I'm a 20 year old white male. About a week ago I had a bad twitch in my right index finger. 3 days ago I started noticing my right arm was weaker than my left, I then stumbled upon lou gherigs disease on the Internet. Since then I have been freaking out because I think I have it. I have no history of it in my family and I know the odds are slim but today I went to the gym and i was able to tell my left arm felt stronger than my right. My right bicep got tired much quicker. Which is strange because my right arm has always been stronger. I also have a twitch in my right bicep now as well and my fingers on my right hand shake and tremor when in doing precise movements with them. I can still walk and talk fine for now but I fear the symptoms will move quickly and I am really anxious. Could this be als? Thank you
