Marta, I can't address most of what you ask any better than I already have, but 3 y 7 mo of fasciculations without clinical weakness speaks for itself. You don't have ALS. Time is a variable.
And that is time you are wasting, when you could be living. People here with ALS don't have that relatively healthy time.
You say you "don't find many other possible diagnoses." If you read the forums here, you'll see many, but the #1 alternative that comes up is obsession with chronic abnormalities that should not affect your life.
