Question about my EMG

Hello !

I (M21) have read all of the 'read before posting' post and it calmed me down a lot to be honest. But I still have some questions about my recently done EMG. It was done at the end of february this year and it was completely clean as well as NCS. So;

1. This means a diagnosis of juvenile ALS is impossible as I understand ?
2. I had needles in my ankle, quad, shoulder and wrist. Is it possible that EMG SOMEHOW missed damage to motor neurons ?
3. Is it possible that ALS can start now, a good two months after EMG ?
4. Does ALS interact with tonsils in any way ?

All answers are greatly appreciated.

If you had a normal emg and a clinical exam by the doctor that did not show signs of ALS YES JALS which is rare and very aggressive is ruled out

ALS can start anytime but in the face of ongoing symptoms that presumably led to the emg no

Yes, my clinical exam by a neurologist, which was before the ordered EMG, was also normal. Do you perhaps have any data about how rare jALS actually is ? I don't have the disease in my family.
