St, you can get the xl twin sheets at tar get. Wal mart will carry them in late summer for the returning college students.

I wish we had the trapeze mounted from the ceiling but we have high ceilings in my husband's room. Many people do install ceiling mount lifts. Wouldn't work for us.
I think the word chuck was wonderful because the disposable chucks are thrown away. The best cloth ones have handles to help move the patient.
Lots and lots of linens are a necessity.

JC Penny's also has Twin XL sheets. One of my dear friends from high school (that I haven't seen since graduation) ordered us three sets of sheets from there when I asked on FB if anyone had college student's sheets in their linen closet.

You can add a low voltage heated mattress pad pad if your PALS gets cold, and/or a mattress pad protector. If it's a medical grade mattress, make sure it's rated for the right weight but not too thick for easy movement of the bed. This usually amounts to 6-8". If a regular mattress, you may need more thickness.
