Question about atrophy and weakness and clean emg

I have from June 2008 twiching on muscles allover the body and muscle atrophy whit weakness in both hands same whit legs but I done EMG for six muscles and is totally clean.

CLEAN EMG WHIT MUSCLES ATROPHY WHIT WEAKNESS RULES OUT ALS ?

Did the neurologist observe atrophy and weakness or is that your own observation?

It was observed by neurologist she see it specially in legs but EMG was clear ! How it is ?

I would think atrophy noticed by a neuro with a clean EMG would point away from ALS. Of course I cannot say for sure. Did they order further testing? They should with observed atrophy.
