I don't know where to start... my dad has bulbar symptoms quite advanced and up to now it's all affected him from the waist up. Now he has fallen twice in 2 days and I dread that this means a rapid progression to his legs. I feel so sad and I can't take this philosophically as I have done with diagnosis of FALS. This is just too quick. Plus dad does not want to return to neuro at the moment to get checked out and I respect that, but also desperately want to get him some help. Just can't cope with him falling.

Just sounding off really.

Sound off anytime, Dee. Most everybody has experienced the fear and sadness at one time or another. If I could be with you I'd make you a big cup of tea and offer a big hug! Cindy
