Hello, I just received an email from ProJenx, the developer of Prosetin. Last yr they were approved to start trials in Canada at McGill University and in the Netherlands. I dont know if that ever happen. The email stated they were going to start screening at Mass General for the PRO-101 trial. Does anyone have any thoughts on Prosetin or these trials? I had emailed ProJenx last year after a post on here.

In this upcoming trial is it a double blind placebo?

No, they completed 1a/1b in healthy volunteers, which was double-blind placebo-controlled w/ dose escalation. 1c/d, for PALS, was on clinical hold but now released. If you're in the trial, you'll be on drug. The description is here:

Can you tell me why there was a hold on this going further to begin with? I see the hold had been lifted but I was wondering why the hold?
