For PALS and CALS. Please remember to respect the subforums of the other group. If you are a CALS please don’t post in the PALS section. If you are a PALS unless you are also a former CALS please don’t post in the CALS/ former CALS subforums If you use the new posts button remember to check what subforum you are replying on
Also PALS and CALS should remember to use general or other subforums if it is a topic where the other group might have input ( an example would be an equipment question or something else practical)
On the other hand is you are discussing the strains or frustrations of being a PALS or CALS and it might be painful for the other group that type of post should be in the PALS or CALS section whichever you are. Many read the other group”s subforums but they do so at their own risk.
the rules for Could I Have ALS / undiagnosed continue to be you can start one thread in the CIHALS subforum and may post only on that thread. If it autocloses you may start another if you are returning with new information like a diagnosis. You may not post on the other subforums nor may you post on other CIHALS threads
none of this is new but some newer members may not know all this
