Would anyone look at my EMG, please. I was told to post results when I got them.

Where is your previous post? I do not see it.
i moved this from newly diagnosed because it looks completely normal. You did not include the summary/ interpretation but surely no one diagnosed you based on this emg?

I’m sorry, I posted in the wrong thread at first I think... I was on this forum almost a year ago. I was not diagnosed. I’m happy that my results were normal as the Dr. told me, but he spoke to me very little. The bad thing is, I was certain I had something going on as I still have cramping in my right foot at calf after 1.5 yrs. I’m not sure what to think now as I was certain ALS could’ve been in the picture.

Cramping could be anything or nothing. The emg says not ALS
it could be metabolic, circulatory , dehydration, electrolytes etc etc. work with your primary care

Please view my summary. I still have twitching, cramping and not sure what type of Dr. to see next... Also, be a consideration? My symptoms are abdominal as well. My EMG was only performed on my right calf, thigh and back...

Thank you the summary says normal/ no mnd as you know and what I thought looking at your charts.

talk to your primary care about next steps. As I said your symptoms could be many things - or nothing. You had a normal emg and the notes included in your summary say a normal neuro exam. There is no sign of ALS congratulations your answers are not here

I would also look at your diet, sleep, hydration, exercise and sleep/seating surfaces. Keeping everything in one doc can help you share with your PCP.

It is not a problem that the EMG was only performed in some areas. If you had ALS or anything like it, you would not have had a normal test.
