Can anyone read this it’s what I got back from my emg and they still won’t say it’s ALS . I have severe like weakness, atrophy, and fasciculations in my arms ,legs, stomach and butt .

The top is cut off but unless there are other muscles that I can’t see with very significant abnormalities this certainly isn’t an ALS EMG.

There is no sign of acute denervation at all and minimal chronic changes. There should have been an interpretation along with the table.

Does your doctor say you have severe atrophy and clinical weakness? What do they say might be wrong?

Why would you expect them to?

I don't see any followup noted re the high aldolase from your last thread or what differential(s) have been explored, but there is still no reason to think of ALS here.
