I looked online for information on phone apps that will help me track PALS medication, etc.
I just started using My Therapy.
I have a galaxy android.
The app does very well tracking meds and you can also add information on inventory so you know when to refill.
The app will track other types of "treatment": measurements; activity; symptom checks. You can also track aide help.
Right now I am only using the medication tracking.
There is a short youtube video titled

MyTherapy Meds & Pill Reminder

There are other apps that support meds and health management. Such as medisafe.
Pill Reminder - All in One; Every Dose; Sprout Care.

yeah I can't remember what app I used back in 2014 but it was really great having it all organised!

I have an iPhone and there is an APP called ALS Key Medical Information.
I have it filled out and available on me at all times.

I also have a spreadsheet that I have meds & supplements on. Easy to change and easy to print out for caregivers in the future.

I have been using the medisafe app to remind me about my meds and it has worked great, except for when I can’t take them and it keeps nagging me. Downloaded the ALS key medical info that Kim recommended just now. May try the my therapy app mentioned as I would like to keep better records on how I’m feeling and functioning on a daily basis.
