Happy Wednesday. Still with ya'll.

Went to ALS Center @ University of Miami last week. Good news bad news kinda visit: very slow progression but still ALS. Coming up on five years since diagnosis. Guess I should feel lucky, well I guess I do. As they say "it's complicated." I do have much to be thankful for, but I feel guilty when I read others are progressing rapidly and It's getting harder and harder to see people come and go from this forum.

Clinical trial visit today. All good there.

Work HR people failure to communicate (to listen properly) stress disrupted my sleep, and lost a pound or three over the past week.

Next week will be better.
