So sorry, Clamdigger. It's hard when you've been the caregiver to now both of you need help. And to both worry about each other. My husband and I joke that we are in a race with each other to the cemetery. He's got a laundry list of serious health problems only getting worse by the day. I understand.
Nona, I'm so sorry to hear about your fur baby. They are more than pets, they are our family.This week has been a blur and I'm out of whack after my little buddy was hit by a car on Monday. He was rushed to the vet by the fire department but he didn't make it. He provided a lot of joy and humor and my apartment feels lonely all of a sudden. Some friends are taking me to Burlington VT this weekend for a change of scene.
