In Lower Right Side Of My Back When Sitting.....my Shoulder Neck Area...and Also In My Right Thigh? Any Suggestions

Try gentle stretches, and not letting yourself sit for too long at a time. Have someone check your posture to make sure you don't slouch. Not saying its the cause of your problem, but taking it easy may help.

If you know anybody with a hot tub, that might help. It sounds muscular so heat and jets might help.
