Hello,
We are occupational therapy students doing a project that requires an interview a person or a family member of a person who has been diagnosed with ALS. This interview would include questions about how the progression of ALS has affected your life in everyday activities. Your identity will be anonymous and this information would be presented to other OT students. Please contact us at your earliest convenience at [email protected].
Thank you for your time,
Paul and Mike
