Quick recap:
December: Started Having weird sensations in left hand and foot, numbness/tingling mostly
March: Went to neuro, did emg/nc, other than brisk reflexes everything fine
June: twitching starts in left hand, almost constantly, some twitching in left foot and calve off and on
July: Went to neuro again, same one, did second EMG. Got diagnosed with ulnar nerve entrapment of left. Felt good for a few days. Twitching starts in right leg above knee cap and left leg in calve more frequentley. Some random twitching on and off in both arms.
Now: I basically had a nurologist tell me less than 2 weeks ago that I didn't have ALS but I just don't know how to ignore all this twitching and feelings of perceived muscle stiffness. Ever time I stand up my left leg cracks. I feel foolish going back to the neurologist again. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I'm a 26yo male, btw, i know that the odds are against it.

Muscle "stiffness" is not generally associated with ALS. Weakness is. Age is against you. Stress can cause twitches.
