Not sure if this is bulbar als

I’m 41 and have had weird symptoms since I had Covid. I had random muscle twitching, with no weakness, which was treated with gabapentin 300 mg at night. That seemed to help the random twitching. Recently I feel like I’m producing more saliva and I have a new pain in my jaw. I am experiencing a strange feeling in my tongue in my
Left side which is where the jaw pain is. No slurring as of now. I also had an Emg 10 months ago on my left side that was normal and an MRI the same time that was normal. I’m not sure what to make of it and my wife seems to think I’m crazy but I feel just off. I would appreciate any thoughts on this

Sounds like post-Covid symptoms to me, but the important thing is taking a list of your symptoms to your doctor and letting her/him figure it out.
