If you leave home and need (or will) it when out of the home, you will want an Astral (ResMed) (which I will always recommend over the Trilogy) or a Trilogy (Respironics), both of which come with internal rechargeable batteries, or to buy an external DC battery for a ResMed VPAP [Respironics says BiPAP, ResMed says VPAP] that preferably has a backup rate (ST model) and volume control (iVAPS).
If SecondWind CPAP ships to Croatia or an address that you have access to, I would look at their site first. They sell discounted new and gently used machines. Looking right now, I see an S8 VPAP ST refurb that you could buy a battery for, as probably the least expensive option bc it's an older machine.
