Sorry to ask but im a worried mother trying to understand this.
ive been researching emg studies and if you look on the emg my sons recruitment patterns are all normal and to my understanding in MND or ALS even in early stages they would be abnormal recruitment patterns? Also same with Duration it would be reduced? is this correct? and it says he has active denervation in right lower and upper extemitites doesnt it have to be Chronic in 3 areas? is active chronic? And it doesnt say he has reinnervation is that good? It states on the conclusion Active generlaized disorder of motor nerons, their axons or both? i dont undertsnd what that means. And 22 muscles where tested 11 showed +1 fibs and 11 showed psw+1 3showed psw+2. what does this mean and can this not be fatal? too my undrstanding psws and fibs are really only bad if +3 or higher from what i have read? Any info you can give would help me and my son and grandkids than you so much for taking time to help a worried mother :/
