Al, thanks for responding. i'm new to this site and am amazed at the wealth of knowledge of the partipants which seems to be better than the doctors. are you a doctor or medical professional? you seem to know everything about this disease. what are the symptons that would be ALS? thanks.

Nope, no doctors on site but wright teaches some medical courses at University. I'm just a guy diagnosed in 2003 that stayed around to learn and help where I could. If you go to www.alsa.org there are lists of symptoms. Use the search feature above to get information or at the bottom of some pages there are similar threads. Click on them for information.
