What a difference a week makes. He has had a really good week.
He even suggested going up to see his brother (an hour drive away) on Saturday to play cards and stay overnight!
We did and had a great time.
His spiritis have certainly been much better!
So, it has been a relatively unevenful week... I love that!

Cheryl, this is really great news.
I do believe that sometimes as a loss is occurring PALS and CALS both have to face a new grieving and it's never easy. Hopefully your husband has faced a hurdle and got over it. It won't mean everything is easy now, but you have both done a great job!
