A neurologist will diagnose and treat neurological disorders.
A neurophysiologist will be a specialist in the area of clinical testing and interpreting the results of those tests.

A neurophysiologist would perform such tests as emg's.

neurophysiologist the study of the functions of the nervous system

Neurologist specializes in disorders of the brain and central nervous system.

That is the best I could find
