Neudexta

My PALS was prescribed neudexta. He doesn't have a feeding tube yet, but has some difficulty swallowing pills. I forgot to ask doc if the capsule could be opened and incorporated into pudding or applesauce. Does anyone know?

Your pharmacist will know. We've learned that taking capsules or those we cannot crush with nectar, which is thicker than juice or water, helps them go down easier. My PALS feels the Neudexta really helps; hope yours does as well.
