Need your prayers

6 weeks ago my dad was diagnosed with small cell lung cancer and emphysema. Recently he had some minor surgery and since then it has been 1 thing after another. During his surgery, he managed to pick up pneumonia, which isn't responding to the antibiotics. He isn't doing well at all and is on a ventilator. We were told today, it there is no improvement in the next 48 hrs, we need to decide what we want to do, so in the next day or so, please say a prayer for my dad, Tom Siple.
