I have had twitching for over twenty years. Starting this past November the twitching started to become more frequent. They are random t/o the day. Mostly in arms and legs but not uncommon in other areas of the body. In the evening when I am at rest they are mainly in both calf's and more constant. At night instead of the occasional jerk they are more fine and last longer.
Around the same time in November I noticed dull pain in my hands and feet. In the feet it is mostly in the arches but moves around a little. In my hands it is in the palm but moves around. Not very painful and they come and go.
Last week I noticed what I perceived as left arm weakness. Just a weird feeling in my arm. This comes and goes and is usually in the afternoon. Doesn't really prevent me from doing anything.
I have my first meeting with my neurologist tomorrow. Just trying to prepare for the visit.
