Hello, sorry for my english, it's not my native language. I am asking for advice on what to do in such a situation. Neck muscle spasms and pain, arm pain, back and leg pain for about a month, subjective arm and leg weakness gradually progressing over a month, chest muscle spasms and difficulty breathing, hand, foot, neck and back muscle atrophy, spread over about three weeks, fasciculations both in the extremities and in the muscles of the back, abdomen, neck and face. During this month emg in arms and legs done and without change. Fasciculations are more intense and widespread every day, difficulty in daily activities, e.g. raise hands while working for even a short time, legs hurt when walking and fatigue quickly, breathing also remains problematic, especially when walking.

Should repeat emg? Or maybe a MUNIX?

Nothing to do with ALS at all.
Ask these questions of your doctor and follow their advice. Repeating the EMG is worthless for another 6 months.
Please only seek medical advice from your doctor, not the internet.

Thanks for the advice, you're right, but I consulted with more than one doctor, who keep referring me to other specialists without a clear answer, so I'm trying to find the reasons on my own.
I've been to a rheumatologist, a cardiologist, a pulmonologist and they don't see a major problem. According to the neurologist, new symptoms can't appear so quickly...but they are there and it seems like it remains only my concern. I still think it is related to a neurological cause, and maybe ALS.

What you perceive as new symptoms can easily appear to mushroom based on the power of your mind to manifest "symptoms" in your body. One feeds on the other.

A negative EMG and clean exam tends to rule out a neurological cause, especially with the wide constellation of what you think is wrong. It all sounds systemic, possibly post-viral if anything. I would safeguard your general health with nutrition, hydration, sleep (which you can video) stretching, exercise, pursuits that you have a passion for, gradually increasing the energy that you expend. Of course, you will also want to keep in touch with your GP. I agree that this sounds nothing like ALS.

Best,
Laurie

The big clue in what you have said is this: "I've been to a rheumatologist, a cardiologist, a pulmonologist and they don't see a major problem. "

All these highly trained specialists are not seeing anything major wrong. This is a great thing to be told, and could indicate that the answers are reasonably simple and involve things such as sleep, nutrition, stress management, hydration, meditation, exercise at a moderate level, and mindfulness. All these things make a huge difference whether one has any disease or not.
ALS just isn't in the picture, but you are free to decide that. You just won't be able to keep arguing that here, and honestly, you will take yourself to a dark and scary place if you play doctor with the internet.
