My EMG/NCV reports are here

Hey guys! I’m Himanshu. I’ve been having symptoms for 6 months now. It began with weaker right leg and now my right hand which is my dominant hand has become weaker than my left. I’ve had my EMG/NCV done and I’m due an appointment with a neurologist next week. I’ll attach the reports below. Please let me know what you think it is.
