Hi all, I twisted my knees about 6 weeks ago and upon inspecting my body realised that I have measured calf wastage in that leg, like the muscle to the inner side of the calf have partially gone and the knee is unsupported. Since then I have developed a constant rumbling type cramp that feels like it's deep within the muscle, and light twitching in the rest of the calf muscle. This rumbling cramp sometimes also goes into the thigh and the other calf, especially if I push myself and exercise.
Strength wise I would say my calf is at 80% strength, knee is fully repaired so I don't think its that.
Can anyone say that there is a low level almost buzzing type of twitching that happens deep in the muscle with more random light twitching in the outer of the muscle.
I have also had regular twitching in my left eye and some sporadic twitching although minor in other muscles. I do feel my legs get heavy and weaker after repetative exercise than they used to.
Also worth note is my balance feels slightly off and my right hand feels a little clumsy, I can still play the piano etc so it's not drastic, more of a perception.
I have a Neuro app next week so we shall see what he says, but I thought I would post here so others can see my symptoms and the outcome with input from others.
