Moving with loaned medical equipment

Hello All!
We live in New Jersey but we are planning to move to Texas. We have a Suction machine and a Cough Assist that were loaned to us that can not be taken out of State. We plan to have our last ALS clinic in New Jersey in June and turn in the equipment and start our ALS Clinic in Dallas in September.
1. Anyone in the Dallas area have preferences on the clinics there?
2. How do we get equipment from Dallas before returning equipment in Jersey?
3. Could you share what you like about the ALS Dallas clinic you prefer?
4. Is the equipment in Dallas also loaned?

Thank you in advance! We are bulbar onset, symptoms since November 2019 diagnosed July 2020

Have you tried to get the equipment through insurance?

Thank you for your response. No, we have not. We were under the impression that because of the diagnosis they only loan you the equipment. I assume because of your question owning is an option? If so, that makes things a lot easier I think. Thank you again. I will check into it.

With your insurance you should either be able to purchase or rent equipment. It depends on what the item is and what insurance you have which. The doctor should write an order
