When I'm belted in in the car, my body falls forward whenever he breaks or accelerates, even when he isn't doing it hard. Does anyone know of an adaptive seatbelt to help with this?

You might look at the Universal Elastic Strap, available on Amazon. It comes in 3 heights and cuts to length. There is also an optional extension strap for deeper bucket seats.

I'd just recline the seat back. That way you tend to be held in place by gravity. Try it out on your next drive. The best part is it's free!

Of course, reclining would be the first step -- but not everyone tolerates that position equally well.

I can try reclining a bit more..i generally prefer to be sitting up so i have a good view. I'm short (4'11) so reclining usually means I can no longer see out the front windshield lol

hi Kristina, how about cleverly inclined mirrors so that you can recline safely and see outside ? Just suggesting. I am not sure how that could be done but it seems possible.
