good morning

all due respect to anyone who reads my post or replies.

i have some worries concerning mnd,here are my symptoms over last 15 months.

problems swallowing
constant sweet sour taste in mouth
constant problems swallowing secretions
coughing once eaten or after speaking
slurring words when tired
muscle weakness in.arms and visible muscle wastage
all over muscle twitching
foggy.head all the time
neck clicking when moveing neck
burping all the time
gurgling noise when swallowing
voice gets tired after reading book to.my son.
I.had a emg carried out last week , this showed some readings on emg , i dont understand the readings as I'm no doctor.
would someone be kind enough to.help me with this .

As the consultant states, this EMG did not support ALS, nor did the exam. I am very happy for you, and encourage you to consider the suggestions in the report. I do disagree that the fascics/cramps have to be lifelong, but whether they are or not, which you have some control over, how you respond to them makes all the difference.

You do not obsess over a birthmark or hair color, and this is the same thing in many ways. I would suggest that the other symptoms you report could be explained by some combination of anxiety, stress, poor sleep, too much going on, and becoming more sensitive to the slings and arrows that our bodies do throw at us. But it is worth checking in with your GP and talking this through in terms of what you can try to feel better, and being followed to rule out any potentially relevant condition such as GERD, allergies, diabetes, sleep apnea, and such.
