mmn without conduction block

new emg today. The most awful thing is wondering what the outcome will be. Pretty much the same results as last time. Neuropathy without Conduction block. Probable MMN or at least auto-immune neuropathy, positive antibodies responding to IVIG. Obviously glad it is treatable. Frustrating that it is not a definate diagnosed. Neurological disorders suck! Just wanted others to know there are people out there without conduction block, and I have sensory symptoms. Neurology disorders do not always fit into a neat diagnosis. Also started in shoulder, not hands.

Meant to say glad it is not ALS but not a definate diagnosis. feels like something is always looming over you.
