Anyone using a Surface as a communication device found a way to power it via your wheelchair? I have USB ports on my chair but can't find a power cord for it.

You can't charge a Surface from a USB Type A port as a Surface requires a minimum of 45 watts (15V/3A) to charge correctly. It will charge from a USB Type C port that is rated at 45 Watts, but I am guessing that the PWC has a Type A. You can buy a USB-C cord with the Surface adapter plug and a portable power pack with a USB-C output that is rated at 45 watts, which will serve to charge the Surface. You can find both on Amazon with the cord running less than $20 and a good power pack around $60.

Thanks. Fortunately , mine came with an external battery. I wish they would make something to plug into the chair.
