Study Purpose: The purpose of the research is to better understand the beliefs, preferences, goals and concerns surrounding feeding tube placement of people living with ALS.
Study Eligibility: You are eligible to participate in this study if you are over the age of 18 and have been diagnosed with ALS.
Study Requirements: Participation involves the completion of a one-time electronic survey related to your beliefs, goals, and concerns surrounding feeding tube placement. The survey is expected to take ~60 minutes.
