Haven't been on here in a while since I was diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis a year ago. Oddly enough, I am seronegative to all of the MG antibodies, I have tested negative to ACH, receptor, binding, blocking, musk and Lamont eaton antibodies. Their is a new antibody on the block though, LRP4.

This new antibody is gaining traction in MG circles as far awareness but testing is difficult to obtain currently.

The kicker is this antibody is also indicated as a possible cause in some ALS patients....

That's jumping the gun a bit, to say "cause." As the article states, it is unclear as to whether the presence of LRP4 is a cause or response to the disease.
