Hi everyone,
I'm curious if anyone has ever used one of those lower back support belts.
On an MRI a few months ago, it showed that all my lower spinal muscles were infiltrated by fat as a result of denervation. So rather than looking like a nicely marbled ribeye steak, mine look like pure white fat.
As a result, when I have to bend to pick something off the floor, I have a hard time getting back up to a straight standing position. Likewise, after I have been sitting for a while, I have trouble straightening my back.
So I'm wondering if one of those belts would work or whether it would make things worse. The use it or lose it concept.
Any thoughts or suggestions are welcome. Thanks.
