Looking for someone to inform me about stems cells treatment in Costa Rica

I'm looking for information about stems cells treatment in Costa Rica. My son was diagnose 10 years ago and I just find out that in my country they have a lab for this treatment. Please anyone with info let me know. Take care everybody and thanks.

They don't work. It's a scam. Save your money. Take him on vacation but not to some thirld world country for medical treatment. If you had a heart attack down there you'd be wanting an air ambulance to take you to a US hospital. I just don't understand you people.
