First off, I'm so sorry if I offend anyone with my post. I understand people are going through way worse than I am.

I've been experiencing symptoms (right leg/foot weakness, occasional widespread fasciculations) for almost eight months now, and I still feel like I have no answers.

I had an EMG done in mid-January that was deemed normal. It was, however, only done on my right leg (problematic area). I've heard that an EMG should be done on multiple limbs? Is that correct? I'm just worried that even though the exam was performed in my troubled area, it's not sufficient.

I've attached the summary for my EMG/NCS results. To me, it seems a little incomplete or lacking context. Should I push for another EMG or be happy with my results?

You should be happy, and move on from any ALS concerns. The fact that the EMG was done on the problem leg and is normal shows that the problems in your leg are not caused by ALS. Therefore, there is no need to test additional areas.

You can ask your doctor if they think your leg might benefit from a PT evaluation to see if there is a problem that can be addressed. And if the issues persist, you could ask about appropriate imaging to rule out a tumor or injury.
