Hello, it's me again, my twitching has been going on for 13 months. I also felt less dominant in my left leg. When I developed atrophy next to my kneecap, my fears increased again and I realized that I was having more difficulty lifting things. There is more saliva in my mouth. The doctor I went to for that reason said that it might not be a neurological cause and that it might be related to my nasal contusions. Can so many things happen at the same time? I will ask my doctor for a new emg, but I wanted to get your opinion before I go. Thank you in advance.

Old thread I’m worried

I think it's important for you to see your doctor for a clinical exam. Not because you report ALS symptoms, but because you can speak with the doctor about where you think you have atrophy and they can provide objective and medically supported observations. You are asking strangers on the internet to speculate about symptoms that are attributed to many different conditions and only a doctor can provide the kind of care that will help you. Based on your prior thread it is clear you have a fear of ALS- your clean EMG and clinical exam does not support this, so you must look for some other reason for your symptoms.
